Carbonite and Webroot accounts were managed in separate websites which was inconvenient for customers subscribing to both and inefficient for the business.

My team and I worked on an MVP release that consolidated accounts in a combined account website with access to downloads, subscription management, and additional features for Carbonite backup files. Challenges with project timelines caused limitation in delivering a user-centered design with the home page layout and content ordering.

After the MVP, additional subscription features and integrations were needed for a new Premium tier that included Allstate Identity Protection. We began the process of redesigning the home page to include these requirements and deliver on a more user-centered home page design.
